Re: Trying to understand what 'reset cache' is!?
Reset cache means that it empties all temporary files in your phone like pages you have visited on the internet and passwords that cache when you check mail and such. If you reset the cache which won't hurt the phone, you will have to re-enter names of pages you frequent and such.

I'm not familiar with that specific tablet, but all Android devices have a way to enter a recovery mode menu that allow you to clear the cache or do a full factory reset. First, try the 'clear cache' option. If that doesn't work, you'll have to do a full factory reset (and you'll lose all of your apps and data).
Turn off your tablet all the way.
Then press and hold Volume Up + Power button until you see the Recovery Mode menu.
From menu on your screen choose option "clear cache" or "delete cache" by using Volume buttons to scroll and Power button to confirm.
Try to restart your tablet. If it still doesn't work, then do the same thing again, but this time...
From menu on your screen choose option "wipe data/factory reset" by using Volume buttons to scroll and Power button to confirm.
After that select option "Yes -- delete all user data", and confirm that.

If still no luck, call Kyocera directlyand report the problem.

Turn off the device
Remove the battery about 10 second and reinsert, remove sim card and sd card
press and hold both the Volume Up key and the Power key until theSamsung logo is displayed.

make sure you are typing in the correct password, and look to see if have the caps lock on. if you are 100 percent possitive that the password is correct, try flusing out your cache on your web browser, steps below. If this does not work you will have to recover your password, enter in your recovery email address, facebook will send you at link for a temp password. Good Luck
