- My mom bought me a Sony NWZB133 mp3 player and when i plugged it into my laptop which has vista it asked for drivers which cannot be found anywhere online. Someone suggested downloading windows media player 11 but my laptop has alater version and would not download. am out of ideas.please can some one help me- GuestSep 20, 2008

yup, same problem. it doesn't recognise the device when plugged in, so can't charge up.
