Question about Dell Inspiron 1525 Notebook
I have a dell 1525 laptop. when i buy it. it contains two hard disk partioned. one is 220gb and 2nd is 10 gb. now i want to create partion of it. when i want to partion it. it says during booting no internal hard disk found. and i am unable to partioned it...............
It is possible that the HD has failed completely. However, this is a relatively new laptop, so I would suspect that is not the case. Sometimes the HD will lose contact for one reason or another. This can usually be cured by removing the HD and reinstalling it, which will remove any crud from the contacts.
If the machine is still under warranty, call Dell support. They will walk you through diagnostics to determine the actual problem.
