You got short circuit in the system. Then check the line where the fuse is blown that's where the fault is. Or if it is just the fuse for the two line, you have to check the entire unit.

Where is fuse for ecoquest freshaire

Mine is on the back, just above the pluggin for the cord .
The fuse may be accessed by unplugging the cord from the back of the unit and gently pulling the fuse holder stright out. 100 & 110 volt models use 1.6 Amp slow blow fuse.
220/240 volt models use 1.0 Amp slow blow fuse. Got this info from my owners manual. I would also check to see if the on/off switch in on, this is just above the fuse. I hope this helped.

While running in a screw to install a new electrical outlet cover, the outlet made a small pop and the lights flickered but immediately came back on. I plugged in the unit to see if it worked and nothing...

You say the unit is 220 volt, but the plug you installed has a white wire which is normally on a 120 volt outlet. A 220 volt outlet would have 2 black wires and ground. If you do have 220 there, and the reset does no good, I've seen those resets(they are basically built in GFI) blow out and had to bypass/put different chord on. there are fuses on the control board but I would check that last

Does the 15100 Kenmore BTU need a dedicated line in order to not blow a fuse?

Is this a 120 volt unit? If so, you might try to find the amp rating on the unit itself. A 120 volt unit that big will have to have a circuit all by itself. Probably a 20 amp breaker, no less than 15 amp just for the air conditioner.

If it is 240 volt, it will definitely have to have its own circuit.

Does the Kenmore model 75180 run on 220 volt or 110 ??

Chuck, your particular model (which has been discontinued) had two different models with 115 volt (110 is no longer around) and 250 volt. The rating should be on the manufacturer's serial data plate. Also, you may be able to tell by the power cord that was furnished with the unit.

I have included a link to you Owners/Installation Manual, which will provide more information on how to determine what voltage rating your specific unit has.

Hope this helped you. Please let me know. Thanks.

Will not turn on Have checked switch under filter Have checked continuity of the fuse plates are making contact Ecoquest Breeze AQ

Have you checked the fuse? It is located in back of the Breeze in the fuse holder next to where the plug connects to the purifier. It uses a 1.0 Amp slow blow for 110 volt models and 0.5 Amp slow blow for 220 volt models.

Purifier doesn't go on and keeps blowing fuses when turned on

If the machine keeps blowing fuses there is a short in the electrical circuit and it needs to be looked at by a certified repair center.
Make sure the fuses you replace are the same as the original
100,110 volt models use the 1.0 amp slow blow fuse
220 volt models use the 0.5 amp slow blow fuse.

I hope this helps

Working with 220 v

If you are looking for a "window" type of unit yes there are some 220 volt units on the market. Most are large like 18,000 btu or larger. Check Lowes, Home Depot or larger appliance retailers for availability. Also know when buying if you need a heat strip, or heat pump if indeed you want heat.
