Hi there.
Personally i have never heard of this particular edition of XP so i am guessing you have downloaded this version that has been tweaked with SP3 integrated and other programs too.
As for its performance you are just going to have to install it and see, there are plenty of people out there who like to customize XP and add skins like Vista and Mac OSX and can be quite fun to play with.

Good luck and thanks for using FixYa!!

    Hi again.
Chances are the most modded versions are not the genuine deal and can contain spy/malware in them.
These versions are mainly just to show you how much like Win7, Vista and Mac OSX XP can look and is not really advised to have it as a permanent operating system, if you want it on for any length of time you must disable the automatic updates in some cases your antivirus can do this.
Have you thought of testing Microsoft's new operating system Windows7 for free?
You can download the 32 bit and the 64 bit versions from Microsoft here, make sure you read all the info first >>>>>

That is not an official version of Windows XP, it is just a customized install disk with a version including updates and softwares listed by the creator rather than that Microsoft.

The windows XP in that install disk is WService Pack 3.

If a licence number is included, the licence will probably be not genuine.

I am using a xp in my system. And if i want to change my system to the latest version of xp means what should i do for it

The latest "version" of Windows XP is Service Pack 3 (or SP3). It's not really a version, but a pack of updatesand patches for Windows.
You can get this SP3 - and lots of other important patches, packs and updates (for Windows and other Microsoft's products) by going to Microsoft Update website. Assuming you have a legitimate copy of Windows (read this to find more about it) - updating your system will be as easy as clicking a button! :)

OS Matter

Nope.

Without the disk you cannot upgrade to Windows XP Pro, because both Windows XP Home and Windows XP Professional are two different edition / version.

So if you want to upgrade your current operating system from Windows XP Home then you have to spend money to buy Windows XP Pro

But if you want to upgrade the Service Pack then you can very well do it.

Click the link below to download Windows XP SP3 for your edition and install it. Before installing it make sure you have turned off your security programs or better install it from the SafeMode
