Question about KitchenAid KSB560WH 5-Speed Blender
KitchenAid KSB560 Custom Blender. ConsumerSearch reports the polycarbonate jug\pitcher cracks near the blades then leaks. A KitchenAid Customer Service rep says the NEW model has fixed this problem. I am about to purchase this model. Q: How do I tell whether the particular model contains the NEW jug\pitcher ? Q: Is there a CODE to look for ? Thanks.
The "code" you are seeking is found in the serial number, which has a specific way of noting when the unit is manufactured.
Buy with confidence and hang on to your dated sales receipt. If the blender leaks, take advantage of Kitchenaid's 1 Year warranty by calling into Kitchenaid Customer Service.
Their toll-free telephone number is 1-800-541-6390.
