It shows the scanner goes jam in the system need to be handled technically, consult nearest Samsung service center.
Re-installation of drivers may solve the issue,

Try uninstalling the USB root hubs in the device manager and then restart. They will reinstall upon the restart.

It may also could be a bad power adapter.
