And when you hit it, it sometimes works?
Did you check the solder close to and on the HT transformer?
Please if you are not an electronic engineer, don't open the television, because voltages up to 25.000 volts are there. That can kill you.

Looks like sound circuit problem. Check ear-phone jack if one is fitted in your model. Check speaker. Check the sound I C power supply. fI you have circuit you can follow.

Otherwise search the I C no in Google and trace the faulty area. To trace the sound IC just follow the speaker wire connected to the PCB. Mostly the IC will be close to this connector or joint.

just open the service manual & change the option to 1-128 ,2- 215 , 3- 065 , 4- 000 , 5- 192 , 6- 129 , 7- 112

enter serv mode by following sequence
062596 display or menu

check option bytes , opt byte sticker is pested on crt or backcover correct the values problem will be solved

buy a remote for rs 100 . select the AV button on the remote .
