Most likely your cellphone has a damaged keypad it will need to be replaced I don't think it's worth more than 50 bucks just replace it

I have a Jenn Air and the keypad stopped. I turned off the electricity to the range waited ten minutes than restored the electricity on the fuse box. It worked! It is a computer and as all computers it needs to be rebooted everyonce in a while.

I would contact Samsung, they seem to be aware of the issue with the control panel failing on there otr model and are replacing them free of charge under there "epidemic warranty"

Hi, it's the keypad IC or the keypad itself. So you can check the keypad if there is dirts that is stopping the keypad from working. Or the keypad needs to be replaced.

After checking the keypad if the keypad still did not solve the problem,
You will have to replace the keypad IC inside the board of the phone.

You should take the cover off and make sure the wires are properly connected. I had the same problem and that is what was causing it.

On the back of the motor unit near where all those white wires go you will find a button. Press and immediately release that and then walk over to your keypad and enter a four digit code of your choice and press enter. You should be good to go.
