WD40 will only get in when there is space between the threads, your crank will have been in all sorts of water and muck so thats not going to work

"You have remembered that the thread can be anti-clockwise on some cranks." worth checking to see if you are actually tightening instead of loosening the spindle

Try getting a hot air paint gun and warming the area up around the connection, that way you cause the metals to get warm without them going blue do not over do it with the heat gun

Use a very good fitting spanner, wrench or Mole grips if the shaft is being replaced

Place the crank on a block so that there is no movement then give the end of the wrench or the mole grips a sharp hit with a hammer.

Hi, I need a replacement Foot and Zipper Foot for my Morse model 6300 sewing machine

I would suggest that you try http://www.sewingpartsonline.com/zig-zag-foot-standard-low-shank.aspx the page shows this foot as being suitable for your machine.

Many low shank sewing machine feet are interchangeable.

a generic low shank Zipper foot is also there http://www.sewingpartsonline.com/zipper-presser-foot-low-shank-55411.aspx

Trust that this helps you.

I am trying to replace my old thermostat with a programmable one, but the wiring diagram on the new one does not incorporate all of the wires that are currently attached. Please help.

The existing connections are O, R, Y, G, C, E, W2. Yes you will need a thermostat designed for the electric heater coils as indicated by the E terminal. The W2 could indicate a second stage cooling compressor.

1995 f250 460 fuel injected wont start seems flooded advice?

If it seems flooded, the first thing to do is put a battery charger, or a battery pack or jumper cables on the battery, and hold the gas petal to the floor while cranking the engine-do this for no more than 10 second spurts, resting for at least 30 seconds between trys-then, try starting it normally (no petal at all). Do this a few times, NO petal. If it doesn't start, you have a couple of options. Get a can of starting fluid and spray it directly into the mouth of the throttle body. Not too much, a 3 second burst should work. If it does not start after this, you need to verify that you truly have spark. You can do this by placing the shaft of a screw driver (use a phillips head) and hold it by the handle, with the shaft close to a metal part of the engine, while someone cranks it over-you should see (and hear) the spark jump the gap to the metal of the engine. You can also observe the tachometer on the dash when you turn the key-does the needle move when you crank? If so, you have spark. At this point, I'd remove the plugs, and replace them-they are probably so saturated with fuel that you need to just trash them and install fresh plugs. It should then start, but make a commitment to change the oil and filter, because the flooded condition has probably thinned the oil to the point that it should be changed to avoid damage to bearings, lifters and other moving parts.

The threaded shank for the soap dispenser broke on our Price Phister model KSD-M1YY soap dispenser. Can't find a replacement. The model # of the faucet isT26-4DYY. Can you help?

Most parts can be ordered though Price Pfister Directly 1-800-PFaucet. Here is a link to the parts diagram for your faucet. http://www.pricepfister.com/www/ImageAssets/mirror/model/kitchen/treviso/tret26-4d/ex-026-02.pdf  If by threaded shank you are talking about the bottle, then you can order just a new bottle (Part # 950-004) if not you may need to order a whole new soap dispenser (Part # 920-054.) If you order a whole new soap dispenser than make sure you order the correct finish to match your faucet.

I have lost the zipper foot and button hole foot, and I have a wedding dress and 5 bridesmaid dresses to make....have tried everywhere, where can I get new feet????

I've found replacement feet at Jo-ann's and Hancock's. The most important thing to know is whether your machine is a low shank, high shank, or slant shank. Other than that, or perhaps (depending on where you live) a a full-service sewing machine retailer or maybe a quilt shop, you'll need to order them online. Try http://sewingpartsonline.com/ they have a qood selection of pressure feet. I've found that pretty much, within the low shank, high shank, and slant shank categories, feet are pretty much interchangeable.

Good luck!

The bleeder valve is broken off. how do i replace it?

You can try a small tapered square shank easy out extractor, but you will probably need to drill the hole out a little in the broken bleeder first. Most auto parts stores will have easy out extractors, they don't cost that much and work pretty well. Soak it well with some good penetrating spray like PB blaster first. Good luck.
