You more than likely need a new pilot assembly. If it is a HPC (Hearth Product Controls) unit contact HPC directly and see if they can give you a name and number of a dealer locally to service the unit you are discussing or diagnose the problem over the phone. HPC is actually very helpful and knowledgeable. If you call them 9 times out of 10 they can give you the solution, part number, and a dealer where you can purchase the part from locally.
