i have an elp 7200 it was a gift there is no response when i try to power on

1-check power from wall outlet.-test with another equipment.
2-change power cord-and test.
3-apply contact cleaner in power switch(from radio shack).
4-check for blown power fuse.and change with same rate if it is blown.
