Means a defective lamp invertor PCB. Located right under the lamp. Or a bad main board. Or the lamp cable.
I've seen it happen with low voltage also.

Error c3200

It means the exposure lamp is not turned on. Either a connector has come loose or the exposure lamp and/or the inverter pwb and/or the control pwb must be replaced

Error code c3200

This means that the exposure lamp is not lighting up or is not being seen.
You will need a technician for this fault unless you can see something obstructing the lamp.

Error c3200

C3200 is an exposure lamp problem. The simplest explanation would be a bad exposure lamp or inverter. More exotic, but still possible, is very cold environment, dirty AC power, a bad CCD, or a bad main PCB.

Kyocera c3200 error Problem

A C3200 is as follows:

Exposure Lamp Problem.

• In indicator check before starting copying, the average value in scanning of the shading plate with the CCD is 128 or more.

Solution:

Defective scanner board (KP-5063).
Replace the scanner board (KP-5063) and check for correct operation

Defective exposure lamp or inverter board.
Replace the exposure lamp or inverter board.

Incorrect shading position.
Adjust the position of the contact glass (shading plate). If the problem still occurs, replace the scanner home position sensor.

Poor contact of the connector terminals.
Check the connection of connector YC7 on the scanner board (KP-5063), and the continuity across the connector terminals. Repair or replace if necessary.

These are direct from the Tech man.
More than likely it is the Exposure Lamp.

Hope this helps.

Hello sir; The error code you display A3200 is not available in our menual, we do have C3200 , if that's correct, it means exposure lamp burn out ( not on), replace it, or thermos fuse out.

remove the flat wire in the scanner, then remove the railings from the scanner, clean the railings with a soft cloth, if you encounter the c3200 error it only means that the railings of the scanner is dirty, the scanner cannot move. i hope this will fix your problem..... if you have anymore questions regarding kyocera copiers dont hesitate to txt me or call me to this number +639081953003 or +639079941995
