The PC does not start.Only it beeps and a red light blinks, also fen is not working.

here are some of the basic codes, depending on which BIOS you have...

Also you do not indicate which fan? I would guess you mean the main Power Supply (PS)? In which case it could just be you need to replace the PS.

Here is a link to some other codes as well...

How can i fix my IBM ThinkPad T22 2647. it produce 3 simultaniuos beep sounds lcd is black out.

This is a list of ThinkPad Beep codes.
It appears you have a memory or motherboard problem, most likely a RAM problem. Try reseating the RAM modules, if this doesn't work, then remove the RAM and take them to your friendly computer repair shop to get them to test the RAM modules for you. If the RAM is faulty them replace.

Sounds like a video error. It may be caused also by a bad memory, but I suspect problems with video.

Continuous beeping sound

Do you get video? If so then it could be a stuck key on the keyboard.

Do you get no video? If so then reseat the RAM.

PVCLE266M_L Error Ram

One beep is good. How many beeps is important. Beep codes are listed by BIOS manufacturer. Also in the basic setup deselect ECC if the RAM is not ECC (Error checking mostly used by server environments -private users rarely care). Remove and reseat RAM one at a time making sure that you have the correct RAM -Kingston is good but make right and wrong RAM for your computer). If there is no display then you must try to enter setup. Again -the beep codes are important. At the keyboard press Caps Lock and see if the corresponding light goes on at keyboard. If it does go on then look at monitor to see if the status light is yellow or green. Yellow means no signal from mobo. If the keyboard has no lights then there is no POST from motherboard (mobo). If there is more than one beep them there is RAM defect or video defect. Repost with results if you need more help.

ASUS M2N68-LA Motherboard beeps

The short then long beep error is indicative of a RAM memory issue. I had the same problem and had to use a process of elimination to determine the bad RAM. Place a RAM stick in slot 1 one at a time. The RAM stick(s) that give the short-long beep error are bad. If all RAM gives you the error it is more likely you have a bad board
