if you don't know the password or security information, you can onlycreate a new account.
the biggest mistake is connecting all your social media accounts to your email account.

Not too good solution but it worked for me until someone dont find the beater one! Just download yahoo mesanger instali ti and sign in in there!!!!!!! From there you can access your mail directly without need to sign in again! Is not permanent solution but until beather one you can see your mail this way!!!!
