Driver

have Windows Vista and am trying to install a ''DIGITECH'' 4 in 1 (eB8008) Digital Camera Binoculars. The software disc is labeled ''e-BinoCam. The problem I am having is that when I try to install this I get the message ''Unable to read version information from the file C:Program Files (x86)Ulead SystemsUlead photo Explorer 7.0Pex.exe. Insufficient memory or system resources low.'' I have tried several times uninstalling and reinstalling. I cannot believe that I have Insufficient memory or low system resources. I tried to open the driver for this right from the CD but windows says it cannot find the driver. I am unable to find the driver on line. Can anyone PLEASE HELP ME figure out how to get this working or know of where I can download the driver?
