My phone switches off when a call is incomin

my phone switches off when a call is incomin even when the battery is full...i can not find any problem with the settings... can any one tell me what the prob might be...

i had similar problem, when battery was almost dead. it seams charged, but one call and phone turn off. may be yours doing the same? try to connect phone to charger and make calls with power supply.
otherwise - don't know...
