LG KEYBO 9100
Reset your phone to its original state
There are several reasons that you may want to reset your phone to the original factory settings. For example, you may be giving it to someone else, or you may find yourself with no other way to resolve a serious issue such as a frozen screen.
CAUTION:
Resetting your phone deletes your ringtones, contacts, pictures, messages, and other downloaded content.
- From the Home screen, press the OK key.
- Select Settings.
- Select Phone Settings.
- Select Security.
- Type your lock code. This is typically the last four digits of your phone number (unless you've changed it).
- Select Reset Defaults.
- Press the OK key to confirm.
- Select Revert.
Your phone is reset to its original factory settings.
If these steps are unsuccessful, visit a Product Care Centre to have your phone inspected. Use our
