Nine blinks means, "Zero Crossing Detector".  The probable cause listed is "D6116 or D6301 is open (G board). (http://www.manual.agoraquest.com/viewtopic.php?topic=22865&forum=34 )
If you don't know what this means I'd reccomend contacting a certified electronics repair shop.

count the flashes again carefully, as that model should only blink a maximum of 9 times, unless your getting two seperate codes. Try counting and trying to notice if it pauses a second before blinking again. then let me know what you discover.
