Check here for i9 instruction manuals (they include T-Mobile settings)
Choose the i9 manual, it is the same phone like i9b

You probably should call the Tmobile Customer Care Department.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

HI jcosby007 Ok you need to get to the menu settings on the phone. Power cycling really doesn't help you in this case. Once you get to mms settings you need to hit the options. In the options it should give you a viewing options for your messages. You need to set it to time and make sure it doesn't say contacts. Also make sure that the phone isn't block by att from recieving mms txts. those are picture messages. Hope this help

My sciphone i9b with video chat cannot recieve picture messages and cannot send video messages please help have tried everything i can think of!

Most phones have video chat working in 3G atmosphere. Not even broadband or WiFi will activate them. And even less can be said of these Chinese clones of iphones. And for video msgs, you have to have MMS service activated.

Mms messages

Multimedia Message Services (MMS) can only be accomplished once you are subscribed to a Service Provider - Download these settings automatically once you restart your phone....
