Question about Dell Computers & Internet
It sound like the power converter on the laptop may be dead. This knocks the house voltage down to an amperage that can be used by the laptop.
Check and see if the laptop is still under warranty with your service tag at http:\\support.dell.com. If you need any other help, just respond to my post.
