Question about Dell 0Y3740 Keyboard
I just had my hardrive replaced (after the old one crashed) now my Dell wireless keyboard and mouse will not work.
I have tried everything including restarting the computer and changing batteries but no luck.
Some wireless keyboards and mices have a button that enables the locating signal of the device, this button when pressed locates the receiver and initiate a pairing with the host. Look below you keyboard and mouse, and if your keyboard is a Bluetooth device, then check in your computer if the bluetooth is enabled and drivers are installed.
