Hi,

Linksys Wireless-G Model wrt54GS

I am getting a pop-up menu "please type in user name & password" many times daily (when I'm working in Outlook). How do I fix this problem? I believe when the router was first installed, it automatically gave me a password and I don't know what it is although there are ******* in password box.

I called my ISP and they said this was a "router" problem.

update your router's firmware, then reset all your data on it. It should get back to work normally.

GoodLuck
