Question about Panasonic PV-GS300 Mini DV Digital Camcorder
I had my laptop connected to my firewire port in my PV-GS300 when the laptop fell off a portable table, it jerked the firewire out making the port in camera loose and inoperable. Can it be repaired and if so where would I take or send it? ZQ from the Bx. NY
You have very limited options here:
1. Repair it yourself - If you don't have soldering skills, do not attempt this.
2. Send it into Panasonic -
That site has all the warranty information and a number to call in order to get everything in motion.
3. Take it to your local electronics store - Although this is a dying breed, there are still stores all around the US that service electronics. Look in your yellow pages for the nearest repair store.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
