When attempting to make a photocopy or print a document, the pages all come out completely blank. The print cartridges move back and forth as if printing, but no ink is put on the page. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Re: Printer output is a blank page
* Please check with the ink level in the Catridge.
* Be sure that catridge nozzle is not dry or dirty.
* Check wheather ink nozzle is clogged/ damaged if so use rubbing alcohol to clean them.
* Try printing by replacing new catridge.
