How to reset for factory default ?

Hi. My TV is with some troubles, like holding on display menu itens when I´ve just used the remote control (need to press status/exit to clear the screen). Also I´m not able to change the screen format anymore (by pressing FORMAT button -> nothing is happening!), although the tv's led flash indicating that there is no problem with the remote. Problems started after trying the universal remote control Logitech Harmony 1000. Could you help ?
