Question about Vialta Beamer Videophone (11300010) Video Conference

I can't connect to my Dad

Everytime I try to call my Dad using the Beamer, his machine never accepts my video and I get a please retry notice and when I retry it happens again.

 

Also if he tries to video call me his signal never comes through.

 

I have tried and tried and I have checked and checked my connections, but no luck.

 

Everthing seems to be fine with my video phone... it starts up great.  I tried calling and emailing Vialta... Not Even a Response from them!

 

HELP!

Joe,

Please have your dad check his installation, does he has a fax machine or modem that is also connected to the same phone line. Have him check the connection to the Beamer unit, "line-in" has to connect and be the first device to the wall jack and "phone in" connected to the phone set he used to initiate or receive the video call. If this does not solve the problem, please email your phone number to support@vialta.com for help.

Most likely your internet provider is not giving you enough bandwidth. Also Uverse cuts bandwidth for Netflix users though they lie when asked about this. I have tested this theory thourougly. I noticed that my bandwidth magically improved everytime I called them about in real time while I was still on the phone. hmmm

Apply these steps:-

- Disable Unwanted Add-ons
- Remove Browser Toolbars
- Clean Browser History and Cache
- Repair Registry Entries (use reliable program like Reginout for it.)

How can I get my iPhone 4os to successfully connect with my Epson EX3212


You can connect your iPhone to your beamer by buying a Apple 30-PIN to Composite AV cable. You can find it on the Apple website: http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC748ZM/A/apple-composite-av-cable or with Google by searching for MC748ZM. When you buy this cable you can show slideshows or play video's on a TV or beamer with composite inputs (composite = cinch = RCA = Yellow-red-white) (Yellow = video, Red= richt audio channel, white = left audio channel). It is NOT possible to project something else like a game or app's. Only foto slideshow and video's. If you play video's through an app other then the Apple video app it will only work if the developer of the app builds support for the video output in the app.

Hello if a connect a pc to the beamer, i only get a black screen. but in the right corner it does says that it is connected :S


plug the projector end of the cable into a monitor and check that the video is OK.
then reconnect to beamer
make sure the rgb socket on beamer is configured for pc and not component video input

Prolectrix 8 stitch sewing machine top thread keeps getting caught round bobbin housing and jamming everytime i try to use it


Sounds like the take-up lever is not threaded.

Remove the thread from the machine, turn the handwheel until the take-up lever is at its highest position, raise the presser foot and rethread the machine. Set the upper tension dial to 5 and retry.

Daniella,

Do you have a CE version of the BM-TV, in UK the TV system is PAL if you bought your Beamer in U.S. chances are you have a NTSC version. As far as "broadband", are you refering to a DSL service or VOIP? Please email support@vialta.com for further assistance.

Video problem after new power supply


You would get this error message when there is a connection problem between the monitor and the port on the back of the computer tower. Please ensure that the moniter cable is properly connected on the back. Get back to me with further observations. Good Luck
