I bought 3 mini split systems from a company in NY and had them professional installed last summer. When there was a prorblem with one of the unit I tried to use the warranty and no one responded. I contacted the Attorney General's office in NY and they tried to contact the company to no avail. I now have a problen with two of the units after having spent over $5000. One unit has a flashing error code of "E2" and will not come on. The other unit, the indoor unti will come on but not the outdoor unit. This happened after a power surge. Does anyone know what this erro code means and how to repair it? LBJ
