Inks isn't working properly

I have replaced new inks and it's telling me that they are low. It is telling me that they are running out! What can i do?

One color doesn't work

the only problem i would say it could be is a blockage are you sure you have cleaned it properly has it been unused for a while or been near a heat source as this would cause the ink to set and block the jets even using cheaper brand of ink will cause blockages are you using the software that came with printer is this what you reinstalled was the printer working ok and what have you done so that it has stopped working ie did it stop working after changing cartridges or did it stop working because it hasnt been used for a while in any case i sugest it is a cleaning problem but if you are 100% sure you have cleaned it properly i would check that all leads are in properly take them out and put them back in if it is only one colour not working then it is a blocked jet i would take it in to be cleaned properly before you start to look at circuit problems if you are still having trouble post back and i will have another look for you in the mean time i will look for a broke down diagram of your printer and see if it could be anything else that could be easy to solve ok ill post back if i find anything make sure its been cleaned properly check all leads re install software and if still dont work then it could be a damaged ribbon from the circuit to the print head itself how old is the unit hope this is some help to you i will try my best to help speak soon..........................................

Inks won't work.

You have probably purchased refilled cartridges, try to replace with genuine ink cartridges will solve out your problem.

Ive replaced black ink cart but it doesnt work,still the message check ink u163 on th LCD.thank you

Either the new ink is a generic cartridge and not reset properly, or one of the other inks is empty. Your display should tell you which ink is empty. U163 just says that one of the inks is empty.

It told me that is low on ink. All the lights on

All the ones blinking could be low, you can look at them to see if there's ink, but if you haven't reset the chips on the inks they won't show inks as full, especially if you refill them. When you send a print job the printer window pops up to tell you which ones it thinks are low.

I changed all Print cartridges-Black, Yellow,Cyan,Blue

On this machine you have to install inks with power on and use the ink button and choose replace ink. If you just plug them in it won't register and reset the counts. You may need to run clean cycles at least twice to get proper colors.

My printer won't print even though I put in new ink cartridges.

Remove both inks. Remove tray ink sets in turn upside down. There is probably a build up of ink, this will give a false indicator of low ink. Clean with a damp clean cloth. Replace tray and inks. Do this often to avoid the build up. Worked great for me.

Installed new ink cartridge/ still saying low color

try calling 1 800 421 6699 for US.
try to remove inks, then reseat it..
then remove printhead, by pushing the latch on the upper right, then put it back in. be sure that it will snap. close the door with no inks. try to look at the message, if it has the same error, put the inks on it and close the door again.. then if you still have the error message, call the hotline no. and I'm Afraid that you need a Printhead replacement or defective ink issue...
they will replace it for free..
