your valve is clogged. disassemble it and wash it in warm water

you need to connect the receiver to the internet make sure you have a direct connection with a cat 5 cable.

when did you last descale the unit?

also running Milton fluid to the correct strength through with out heating may kill any bugs

Our friend is right. Two holes ( very small holes ) of the screw nob were blocked ! These holes were responsible for drawing the milk upward by vacuum. I used a needle to unblock these two holes . Bingo the problem was solved and now the steam can produce creamy milk

In uk delonghi spares by agents of kenwood.co.uk. there is a directory of local agents. before ordering element check thermal fuse attached to the element it may be open circuit.

The model number you posted does not work to find the manual, so go to there website I posted below and find your manual, because one of the models that is close to your shows the filter inside the top that you remove, and it has some nice pictures of how to replace it, so go here and find your, sorry I could not be anymore help.
