Question about Samsung Cameras
Samsung Cameras have a user adjustable automatic shutoff feature which turns the camera off after a period of inactivity to prevent unnecessary battery drainage. If your camera turns off too frequently, you can change the shutoff time or turn off the shutoff feature entirely. To change the automatic shutoff settings, follow these steps:
To select the settings; access the Setup option in the Cameras Menu (pictured below).
I hope this would help you to fix the issue.

There's a possibility that the auto power off is set accidentally. In order for you to check it, connect the camera to the computer and turn the camera ON. At this stage, the camera should not turn off automatically because it's connected to the PC.
Then check the settings and make sure to turn off the Auto power off. If same problem persist after changing the settings.
Upgrade the software of the camera.
