Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
Help! Yesterday, when I tried to call someone, I heard nothing, but my phone said connected. It turns out they could hear me. Plus, when it's on speakerphone, my phone works fine. Any suggestions?
I have a Black RAZR & suddenly could not hear people when they called but they could hear me, except for when I put it on speakerphone. I opened the top part of the phone by removing the 4 screws around the screen & I found all kinds of crumbs & junk under there. I used a very soft brush to clean it out & called *808 while it was still open. Success! I could now hear. I let the recordings play while putting the phone back together again. Then I called a few more times to make sure all was well. Yes.
