Lexmark scanner/printer x5250 (by 3 users)

I have really liked this scanner/printer although, the paper doesn't feed correctly anymore. I've looked down it and it seems the little rubber roller thing doesn't grab hold of it. Can this be fixed?

I've been using my x5495 for only 2 weeks and I have this problem too. I printed 20-30 pages of a heavier stock paper, and in the middle of printing, it told me I had a paper jam. I removed the paper, and from then on, it says I have no paper in the printer. The roller does NOT grab the paper (of any weight) until I push it into the printer and force the mechanism to grab it. Yuck.

Yup rubber feed rollers can be replaced of even try just cleaning rubber with slightly damp cloth to remove paper dust that causes them to slip and not grip and feed paper as they should
