Well, I can give you free advice, but I can't give you a free solution. The symptoms are pretty conclusive that you have a bad processor that needs to be replaced. It's theoretically possible that your processor may have just gotten loosened, but highly improbable, as there are eight hex-head bolts involved. Sorry to have to give you the bad news.

I own a 2003 GMC w 6.0 litre and the it throws the code random/multiple misfire I think code is P0300. it's fine for days even weeks before code shows up again. RDP shows on dash can't go over 50-60

random misfires can be from ignition side of things or it could be from fuel side of things
check fuel pressures
check wiring to injectors
check coil/s and ht wires
check ht leads are not touching each other
if you have a distributor cap check for cracks ,moisture and carbon inside cap

My system randomly shut downs sometimes, my core temp is some times reading 90,95

This is very high, 70 to 75 seems the safest temp.
I would remove the HSF, clean the cpu. and refit the HSF with new thermal paste.
If your not sure how, there are plenty of Youtube vids showing the fitting of CPU's

Mac book air - spinning wheel shows up- slow spped.

install Istat (google it, get the one that's for the menu) to monitor your cpu temps and fan speeds...when you notice they start maxing out, open up activity monitor and see what is eating up your must have something in the background running that is causing the CPU to max out...if that's not the case then you might have a defective logic board. ------- check for start up items. thn check with activity monitor CPU and RAM usage, if its okay then check your hard drive with 3rd party programs to see if its failing. ----- Have you tried resetting some of the low level hardware?

System Management Controller (SMC):

Other thing to look for might be temperature (install iStat Menu and/or iStat Pro) from -----
This will help. Thanks please keep updated.please do rate the solution positively .thank you for using fixya

I would first make sure that the  CPU and the case fans are clean  and that the CPU is not overheating. Dirt is a computer killer.
