Question about Computers & Internet
When ever i try to play a video or music my computer stops and the screen turns blue and a message pops out i.e Dumping Physical Memory. I have even changed my RAM but the problem still persists. Is any thing wrong with my Mother -Board ?
It's really hard to say at this stage, and there's many more tests that you'll need to run in order to try and narrow down the cause of the problem(s). They could be anything from a potential virus infection causing conflicts, an incorrect video or audio driver being installed, to something corrupt within your windows OS, to potentially being something hardware related like your hard drive, or as you suspect, motherboard. You can try narrowing one of the major problems down, by backing up any personal data to CD/DVD or external hard drive, and then erasing the hard drive and reinstalling a fresh copy of windows and try reproducing the problem there. At this stage of the issue, it's all about trying to isolate where the fault is coming from, and this step will eliminate a lot of possibilities.
