I HAVE A KG800 CHOCOLATE PHONE AND IT WILL NOT RECEIVE MMS PICTURE MESSAGES, IT SAYS IT IS RETRIEVING AND THEN COMES UP AS FAILED - DOWNLOAD ERROR,

CAN YOU ADVISE HOW TO GET THIS CORRECTED AND SUPPLY ME WITH A STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO THE SETTINGS AND WHAT TO DO/GO.

I HAVE NOT HAD THE PHONE LONG AND THIS IS THE ONLY THING I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH. THANKS

Such problems occur when there's not enough signal strength to carry out the operation.

As you get the notification for your received MMSs, I assume that you have successfully enabled GPRS on your phone. If not, that maybe a thing worth looking into. (Maybe the settings you have selected don't work properly with your GPRS connection.)
