If you had said it was a blow up ring intex then yes it very likely would collapse. with your situation it is less likely, but possible
as for the metal frame you still need to keep an eye on how many swimmers or on the low side and if they hold on to the rail
your weight distribution of water does not need to be disturbed by hangers on.
water weighs 8 pounds per gal so with your 12000 or so gallons could shift
be carefull and keep an eye on it especially if any of the support leggs are on plain old dirt dirt turns to mudd no matter how hard it was during dry days throw in the weight of the pool with wet dirt and the leggs will start sinking

I have 18 feet by 9 feet metal frame pool and the water 3/4 up but the poles on the side are bending in how do I fix this?

Sounds like the poles need to be replaced. The pool will probably need to be drained to take the strain off the sides of the pool.

I have a 15x 42" intex metal frame pool an i also

Most likely you are not. The manual is very conservative!!! I have a 14000 gallon pool and I run my intex salt system during the summer at 10 to 12 hrs pump and 8 to 10 hrs chlorination in between those 12 hrs and my pool stays very clear. But..... If you don't clean the unit and let it alarm for low flow, low salt or not run the unit log enough, you WILL HAVE GREEN WATER!!!
Hope this helps, If it does, please rate the tip!

I have a 13X42 inch Metal Frame Pool and we have added over 55 lbs of salt to our pool and its still green and saying low salt.... what should we do and how much salt does out pool actually need??

You need to get water tested then add the right amount of shock + others and check in a few days to see where the water is at. The salt system only keeps pool right when in balance.

There won't be any structural problems and you will notice the difference more than anyone else. If you redo the pool next year it will help to set each leg on a patio brick so it won't settle.

You would think that two tarps would be enough, lol
I would get weed killer and kill the grass or put sand over it. the last suggestion is diggin it up and then putting sand over it to level it back up.
Please rate and let me know if it helps.
thanks and God bless

How much salt to start with a 15ft round pool

Assuming you have the Intex salt water system and the easy set pool, here's what the manual says:

15x33" - 65 pounds (80 for metal frame)
15x36 - 65 pounds (100 for metal frame)
15x42 - 80 pounds (110 for metal frame)
15x48 - 95 pounds (N/A for metal frame)

hope this helps!

"should I just remove some water to make the higher end lower" - Does that really make sense to you?

No matter how much water you have in the pool the bulk of it is going to go towards the lower side. It shouldn't collapse. Pools collapse due to winter damage, not to being unlevel, and you cannot leave that pool up over the winter or it will pop.
