I can't send mms and go to internet i try to call my service (att) they not send or help me to set up mms and internet for me because the phone (lg kp501) not list in att phone any one can help me with this problem ? thanks for your time a.k.
I also had this problem with my kp500. I found the following site. Entered the data for the GPRS and the MMS and every thing was fine. One note, in the IP address, they omit a number. The address should read "66.209.011.61"
The KP 500 data is set up on many pages. Setup the Access Point first. Be careful to watch for the case sensitve usernames and passwords.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Try these they worked for me & I have the same phone:
Menu --> Messages --> Settings --> Multimedia Messages --> MMS Profiles --> Options --> Create --> Profile Name: AT&T MMS, Home URL: http://mmsc.cingular.com, check the box next to "proxy", IP Address: 188.8.131.52, Port: 80, Linger Time (sec): 90, leave DNS box unchecked, Bearer: GPRS then go to Advanced Settings --> APN: wap.cingular, Login ID: firstname.lastname@example.org, password: CINGULAR1 (case sensitive). Hit "save" twice, then "options" then "activate." This will activate your MMS so you can send and receive picture messages.
Menu --> Internet --> Settings --> Browser Profiles --> Options --> Create --> Profile Name: WAP Profile, Home URL: http://device.home, Proxy: check box, IP Address: 184.108.40.206, Port: 8080, Linger time (sec): 90, leave DNS box unchecked, GPRS --> Advanced Settings --> APN: wap.cingular, Login ID: WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM (case sensitive), Password: CINGULAR1 (also case sensitive). Hit "save" twice then "options" then "activate." This will allow you internet access.
