MOTOROLA 120 tracfone

Hi, i can't use my phone at all, it's charged and was working until i went online, as i recieved a message on my tracfone to look up plans. i registered and did all that junk ,and i don't know if i messed it up or by registering did it. i still have 104 min. left on say's on the front of my tracfone"service disabled", i need some smart guy to help me.please .my ESN#IS06105857290----- AND MY TRACFONE# IS --4173314164  THANKS, EILEEN

    I have been trying to re-activate my tracfone cause I have some very important pictures on the simcard and I like using itfor an alarmclock in the morning. could you please help me get it working again,I got all the information you need for this

I had the same problem . After entering wrong code numbers,it disables the phone after four tries. The only way to get it back is to call customer service at 800-867-7183 . press 1 for english. the next menu
press 4 and the last menu press 5 to talk live to technical support. They will not ask you what you were doing to disable it.They will have you go to code feature off my prepaid menu and you must type in the 24 digit code they give you and then press ok.Then you are back in service with no charge. Hope this answers your question.

All you need to do is call customer service and they will give you a code to enable it. Service disabled means the prepaid functions are locked. Don't use the phone or you will lose minutes.

They have switched some of the services and even though I tried to "go with" the didn't work...I lost 80 some minutes

Needs to be charge to frequently

Look for the model of your phone and search online for the battery for the specific model that will have a bigger capacity or just buy a phone that is known to have a greater battery life from the research you will do online.

Hi.. seems to me that you have not recieved the settings for GPRS and MMS. please check with your provider to send you the settings.. once you recieve them activate them.

Motorola tracfone V170 wont recieve messages

Call the tracphone customer support and ask to speak to tech support. There is something in the network that is blocking these messages and it needs to be reported in order to be resolved. Good luck!

Will not turn on or take a charge

Hun, the exact same problem happened to me, except i was accepting a text message. You need a new phone, there is no saving it, sorry. I had my phone looked at by an expert, she said that there was sand (particles) in it. I kewp wondering how they got there, then she told me it was because a circuit BLEW. So... besides your phone just not working, your battery is now Dead. You could transfer your sim-card into your new phone, but you would need the number and that has many problems of it's own.

hi try to power off ur celphone wait for a minute then turn it on again.... try the on and off first before we do something else.. it might work if that's only the problem....

V170 text problem

Did u try calling you're cellphone company to know if they blocked the text messages ? If you're text messages are not block, can you tell me more on what happens, what error/messages you get or simply what you do
