Question about Motorola Mobility 120t
Hi, i can't use my phone at all, it's charged and was working until i went online, as i recieved a message on my tracfone to look up www.tracfone.com/value plans. i registered and did all that junk ,and i don't know if i messed it up or by registering did it. i still have 104 min. left on it.it say's on the front of my tracfone"service disabled", i need some smart guy to help me.please .my ESN#IS06105857290----- AND MY TRACFONE# IS --4173314164 THANKS, EILEEN
I had the same problem . After entering wrong code numbers,it disables the phone after four tries. The only way to get it back is to call customer service at 800-867-7183 . press 1 for english. the next menu
press 4 and the last menu press 5 to talk live to technical support. They will not ask you what you were doing to disable it.They will have you go to code feature off my prepaid menu and you must type in the 24 digit code they give you and then press ok.Then you are back in service with no charge. Hope this answers your question.

All you need to do is call customer service and they will give you a code to enable it. Service disabled means the prepaid functions are locked. Don't use the phone or you will lose minutes.

They have switched some of the services and even though I tried to "go with" the switch..it didn't work...I lost 80 some minutes
