HI, If the computer speakers are a good one, then there is no need for a receiver. But there is one thing is the computer speaker have built in Amplifer. If not, you will not get sound. Because the audio out of CDP is not powerfull to drive a speaker directly. If so You need an amplifier between CDP and speakers. Normally all computer speakers have stereo pins as input connector. To use this stereo connector with your CDP you need a "2 RCA Male to 3.5mm Stereo Female Audio Adapter Cable". That I hve added in the picture. By the use of such a cable you will be able to connect the computer speaker to the female stereo and the RCA pins to your CDP. There is no othere settings needed.
