I have a Philips DVP 3200V video/dvd player. When the focus is on the dvd play and a dvd is inserted the display shows "Loading". This continues as the disc is tried to be read. After a while the message "-Disk Error- Please eject the disc. Playback feature may not be available on this disc" appears. The disc was one which has been played many times before. Other bought discs give same error.

Have tried a DVD lens cleaner but machine still does not read it to allow the cleaning track selection (still get disk error messsage). Tried the cleaner on a working dvd and was fine.
