When I turn on my computer this power-on-password comes on, I cannot get my computer to bypass this.  How do I unlock the power on password?

Hi, Kelly.

To resolve this issue I suggest you to clear your cmos jumper settings. Importantly by doing this, ur settings will be loaded to the default (Factory settings) there you can disable the password prompt. For further information plz get back to us.

There may be a jumber by the cmos battery that needs to be shorted to reset the cmos settings
