Problem for Tomtom One Europe v2 GPS Receiver

Removing a TomTom from my TomTom account

I purchased a TomTom XL, registered it and then decided to change it for a TomTom Go 540 Live. My TomTom account will not allow me to link the Go 540 Live. Please tell me how I can remove what I don't want and add what I do want?

email in to have device code reset, attach receipt

- you will need to call in and have the account reset for your device.. You might have to show the proof of purchase...so have it jsut in case...the issue is that the HOME program is designed to only use device at a time...
