Problem for Acer N300 Pocket PC
Two MC50's that won't turn on.

I have two MC50's that never turn on. They do seem like they are charging as the light on the system docked is orange, and the battery from the other charging is orange. I have only had them plugged in for a few mins so I don't know if it should turn green anytime soon. Even after a short charge though they do not turn on or show any signs of life. I've pressed the power button, and reset button, and all other buttons. I'm out of ideas and the users are getting pretty anxious to have them fixed. Are they fixable and how?

Check the battery latch on the rear isn't switched to the wrong position, also the lock switch on the righthand side.
If this doesn't work they may need a full charge to turn on. Leave them on charge overnight if you can.
If they still won't tun on try a cold reset - hold power button right hand scan button and press the reset button on the back at the same time (this may take a couple of go') but this WILL destroy any data on them and return them to factory config. Good luck.
