When my nano froze I had to reset it and ever since then only one speaker works in my headphones. I have bought 2 other brand new headphone sets and I still get the same problem. Only one side works.
Any suggestions?

Don't use the iPod...or at least buy anymore headphones... Apple is aware of problem...and have no plans to fix it. On the Apple forum, it's been brought up several times and is either ignored or deleted. A new firmware update might fix it, but who knows?

My ipod nano won't play music just through my headphones- it also plays through speaker and it makes the music sound like you are in a tunnel. How do I turn off the external speaker?
This is either cause by a damaged headphone socket in the iPod or a loose connection. The only way to solve it will involve opening the iPod case and inspecting the daughter board that the headphone socket is on.
