Pay someone reliable to re-solder that back on to the board again

this is something i have seen and if its really loose, i would suggest the above.

and if u do get it done, please friend, take good care of it, as most laptop companies dont put the socket to a adaptor, they usually put it direct onto the main board, so u need to be gentle as if it came a day where it could not be fixed with the above solution i suggested to you, it is gonna be expensive to fork out for another one.

kind regards,
des

Loggia Elite. Battery charge screen suddenly went black, scooter wouldn't work. External charger shows battery has full charge.

Check the battery connection at the battery posts. Look for corrosion on the battery as well.

Possible suspects are:

2. Check battery terminals for damage or corrosion, check the battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter if necessary.
3. Faulty main circuit breaker and or connections.
4. Faulty ignition coil and or connections.
5. Faulty spark plug, oil or gas fouled, wrong heat range or service type, wrong gap, loose in the cylinder head, broken electrode or insulator.
6. Faulty spark plug cables, leaking or broken, internal damage.
7. Faulty ignition module, switch, CKP, MAP, CMP, sensor and or any connector in the ignition circuit could have corroded, loose, or broken pins/sockets
8. Burnt exhaust valve or air leak in the exhaust system.

Why my phone keeps restarting

Battery may not be charged enough to run the phone. Keep the phone off and connect it to a charger to fully charge the battery or use an external battery charger.
Be sure the The micro usb connector is fully seated and that the battery is actually charging. A loose connection may appear to start the charging process, but if its loose, it may not be continuing to charge. Check the % progress.

I have a compaq presario cq60, I was having problems with the battery and did a battery check, it said I need to replace it so I got another one from hp, I have also replaced the charger as that broke...

It sounds like a loose connection between the charger and the battery/PSU. Have you tried moving the charger around to see if there is a loose wire or connection somewhere?

Are the battery and charger you purchased official Compaq replacements? Using third party or unofficial batteries and chargers is not recommended and can result in there problems.

Not charging

Hi,

Check the following to fix your problem
  • Loose battery connection.
  • Bad battery.
  • Bad charger.
  • Bad phone.
  • Bad connection somewhere.

Best solution: Remove your battery, clean the contacts and reinstall. If the battery is bad, replace it. If the charger is bad, replace it.

If these things don't solve your problem you are left with replacing the phone.
