Its easier if you plug the sd card into the computer. you can buy a usb adapter and a micr sd card that will come with a card that looks like a regular sd card then you can plug that into the back or the usb adapter

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How to download music

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to the MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track. Click on this link for instruction on converting music files to mp3 file format :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r5798418-creating_transferring_mp3_music_files

Sansa M250 MP3 player and Yahoo Music Service

Have you tried this? Open up Windows Media Player. Go to the options menu, and choose privacy settings. Make sure Set Clock on Devices Automatically is checked. Then hit okay. Close Media Player. Connect your MP3 player to the computer and reopen Media Player. That SHOULD synchronize the clock automatically.

How to download music to mp3 player also can I download ebooks to it?

I will give you a link to the manual as well but to answer your questions it doesn't read ebooks but it can read .txt files. Also to download music to it, just hook up the usb cable from the player to the computer the computer will recognize it and then you can download songs to it. Here is a copy of the manual:

Download Yahoo music jukebox. It's free and recognises all types of MP3 players. Itunes is only good for iPods. If yop are trying to put music on it Yahoo music should work.

Cannot synchronize my music subsceription

unfortunately, the mp3 player and the music svc do not always match up exactly - in this case, you will have to remove all songs and then try reloading them

Use mp3 format songs and you will never have this problem

Have you tried updating the firmware of your Zen V Plus? I've had mine for almost an year and haven't had these issues -- I updated the firmware as soon as I unpacked it.

try downloading the
MP3 player recovery tool from Creative's website (the tool contains the latest firmware update available -- 1.15.03). Plug your ZV+ into your PC, run the program and let it update the firmware. Then format, reload your music and try it.
