Question about Televison & Video
Hi. there is a switch on the load bay that is connected to the motor/gear assembly. this switch has failed. it is no longer able to initiate the play/scan sequence. this switch sends a signal to the mother board that initiates the scan/tracking of the disc that has been inserted. due to the failed swicth, the board is under the impression that the dock is still in the loading process. this is confusing the motor as well, allowing the relay to flip continuously. you will have to send this player to Lg(zenith) for this in house repair. the dock and lens assembly are integrated so, the whole dock assembly will have to be replaced.
