Question about GE (PSS26MSRSS) Side by Side Refrigerator
The drain tube on the freezer side of my GE side by side backs up. This causes ice to form on the bottom of the freezer and eventually leaks out onto the floor. This seems to be happening every few days. I have followed the directions in my service manual and poured warm water with baking soda down the drain. However, I can only get a small amount of water to go down before it backs up. I seem to be unable to get the drain tube totally clear. I have made sure thc coils are clean. What next?
I suggest using a sink snake. After the clog is out, then use drano or equivelant.
