If your administrator enabled that feature you should be able to do this through Feature 11 on your phone.

Sounds like either you have do-not-disturb activated, or you have call-forward-all to voice mail set. You should have call-forward-no-answer turned on but it's easy to enter wrong code. Find a list of codes for your system and see if its one of those.

That doesn't sound good at all. I would first try powering down the system and waiting about 15 seconds or so before powering back up. If the problem remains, the processor was some how damagedand would be best if it was looked at by your vendor.

Turn off auto attendant for all incoming calls

Probably the easiest way to do this is to go into system programming #301 and turn off the ringing on the extension ports for VM/AA.

It still will go to VM if the cover extension is set to the ports, but the AA will not answer.

MLS-12d phone system

Your system is actually called Partner.
Compatible phones will consist of MLS12, MLS12D(display),Mls18, 18D(caller id display), 6D(display), 34, 34D(display) No other phone will work on this system
To program phone numbers
Press Feature 00, press/select a buton to program, input speed dial number. Press Feature 00 again.

Call forward

Feature 11 -enter your phone number to forward to.
Make sure #323 in the programing on ext 10 or 11 is set to 1 for your extension.

How do I mute my MLS-34D when using Speakerphone?

The button that mutes the speakerphone is the mic/HFAI key located above your speaker button. The mic mute feature works while using the speaker, when the phone is idle it works as the handsfree answerback intercom.

Check out your user's manual, but I think you need to start programming lighted buttons with FEATURE 16 and 17.
